Event Description
ScrubLoveCrew hosts an open decks night at Sophia’s, with two Technics 1200 turntables set up for anyone who brings records and headphones. It’s vinyl only, and DJs take short turns in a rotation, so the night moves from one collection to the next.
The crew’s own patio sets, with Mr Glass and DJ Trop’a spinning, lean on soul and hip-hop. This night is open to anyone: people working on their mixing, DJs looking to meet others who spin, and beginners putting a needle on a record for the first time.
The turntables are set up outside by the bar, where most of the restaurant’s music happens.
