Hooby’s Farm

Hooby's Farm is a 40-acre working farm just outside Davis, operated by the family behind Hooby's Brewing in Winters. The seasonal location hosts live music, dancing and other gatherings in an outdoor setting surrounded by gardens and farm animals. Music events bring local and regional performers to the farm, with bookings ranging from blues and rock to bluegrass and other acoustic styles. Line dancing is also part of the calendar, with organized dance nights that sometimes support local community organizations. Hooby's serves its own beer, along with wine and nonalcoholic drinks, and wood-fired pizza is available during many events. Guests can also bring their own picnic and spend time exploring the property, which is home to sheep, goats, chickens and a pig. The open grounds provide plenty of room for families, groups of friends and audiences gathering around the music.
