Davis Community Church is a Presbyterian congregation at Fourth and C Streets, across from Central Park in downtown Davis. It began in 1868 as the First Presbyterian Church of Davisville, and the current mission-style sanctuary was built in 1926. Music is a large part of church life. Live@DCC is a free midday concert series with programs ranging from classical piano to jazz. The church’s Chancel, Chamber, and Bell Choirs perform through the year, and the sanctuary hosts outside groups such as the Davis Chorale for its holiday concerts.
