G Street Plaza is a pedestrian gathering space in the heart of downtown Davis that regularly hosts music and community events. The block provides an outdoor setting for bands, DJs and other performers, with restaurants, bars and shops lining the surrounding streets.
Downtown at Dusk is one of the recurring music series held on the plaza, bringing free live performances to G Street along with food, art and other activities. The open layout gives people room to bring a chair, stand near the performers or move between the music and nearby businesses.
The plaza is also used for other downtown celebrations and special events throughout the year, giving music a place right in the middle of downtown Davis.
